Daily Schedule 

Monday- Intro to Weekly Topic/ Physical Strength and Conditioning/ Character Lesson/Testing

Tuesday- Technical Work/ Flying Changes/ Walk Through Tactics 

Wednesday- Field Session/Tactics

Thursday- Field Session/ Tactics 

Friday- Grade Check/ Discipline Reminders/ Scrimmage (based off of that weeks topic)

Weekly Schedule 

Week 1- Intro, small sided games etc.
Week 2- Official start of off season program- attacking in the defensive 3rd
Week 3- Attacking in the defensive 3rd
Week 4- Attacking in the middle 3rd
Week 5- Attacking in the attacking/final 3rd
Week 6- Attacking in the attacking/final 3rd

Week 7- Defending in the attacking 3rd
Week 8- Defending in the attacking 3rd
Week 9- Defending in the middle 3rd
Week 10- Defending in the defensive 3rd
Week 11- Defending and attacking 11v11/ piecing it all together
